Quality is our priority, and we take stringent measures to ensure it, aiming for customer satisfaction. If your order does not meet our promised quality standards (excluding urgent orders), please request unlimited revisions, and we will make every effort to address the issues. Revision terms are outlined in the "Approval/Revision of Orders" section.
You may cancel an order shortly after placing it, and you'll receive a refund of 90% of the amount paid, with the remaining 10% covering operational costs. However, refunds are not available under certain conditions, such as when an expert writer has been assigned or work has been completed before the cancellation request. If a writer has not been assigned within half the time between order placement and the delivery date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If work has been completed and you still wish to cancel, you can request a refund, and the dispute manager will make a decision.
For slight delays in urgent orders with a 24-hour deadline, refunds are not applicable, but the dispute manager may issue a partial refund of up to 7%. If lateness is due to pending files or lack of clarification from your side, refunds are not available. It's recommended to provide all necessary materials and instructions promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Our amendment policy allows customers to request unlimited changes to their orders. Requests must be made within specified time frames to qualify for complimentary amendments. After these deadlines, we assume satisfaction with the order. Amendment turnaround times vary based on urgency and order size.
Once an order is approved, refunds are no longer available. Deviating from revision instructions may require additional compensation, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed in such cases. Approval or revision requests should be made within specific time frames. Large orders may have extended revision periods.
